Search engine marketing is is the name given to the process which enables a website to appear higher in the search engine rankings and also generate considerable volumes of search engine visitors to the website as a result. Search engine marketing also includes issues like web branding, website strategy and other important areas which a web site owner should consider before embarking on a search engine marketing activity. A search engine marketing strategy is always the key to a sound internet marketing strategy.
The role which we are looking to fill and for which full training is offered is described as follows:
Accounts Manager - this position is now filled
Our excellent reputation means that we have a continuous stream of new clients who need really looking after - personal care to ensure that we look after them and their website marketing requirements as well as we possibly can. We require an experienced individual, probably with a university or advanced education, that has been around the business block and understands the business issues which our clients present. Ideally we are looking for someone who also have some web design skills so that they can help manage our new website and answer some of the clients technical questions.
You should possess the following skills:

Excellent communication skills and high level of spoken and written word

Good understanding of business marketing and the principal issues

Capacity to understand the issues around search engine marketing

Ability to look at statistics charts and generate a written report to clients

Positive lateral thinking skills to work outside the box

Good telephone communication skills

Fascination and experience in using the internet with the desire to grow you knowledge and understanding
We are seven years old and well established operating in a fascinating, fast growing industry which we all really enjoy. We love coming to work in the morning and have fun at work as well as work hard too.

PART TIME BOOK-KEEPER/ACCOUNTANT - THIS POSITION IS NOW FILLED
Our friendly team needs a nice friendly person to come into our office perhaps two or three days a month or four to six mornings a month to ensure our financials are kept immacuately organised. We currently use Quickbooks Pro 2005 and so previous experience with that package would be helpful. The job would involve reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, debtor chasing, purchase ledger management, and production of managment accounts.
We are very flexible insofar as time is concerned - we just want to make sure our books are really up to date and accurately kept. Search Engine Strategist THIS POSITION HAS NOW BEEN FILLED!
Primary function is to service and handle up to 50 client's search engine requirements and to act as their adviser and strategist on all web matters.
The position will require some marketing to existing and new clients but cold prospecting is not normally required. The job is office based but some home working will be allowed. The position requires a person with the following skills:
